London-Creative technologist, illusionist and mixed reality innovator Marco Tempest will be the keynote speaker at the 2023 IBC Show, September 15-18. In his free session, “Virtual Production and the Metaverse: A Future Where Everyone is Invited to Play”, The show is open to all attendees and will take place on Saturday 16th September at 1pm at the RAI Amsterdam Forum.
Tempest is an industry trailblazer and thought leader driving advances in future technology, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), and pioneering new immersive experiences. He is a creative his technologist at his NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Alumni of the Directors’ MIT Media Lab. Founder of magicLab, a science, fantasy and digital technology consortium.
“Tempest combines generative AI, mixed reality, storytelling, gesture sensing and swarm robotics in an exciting and dynamic session to provide a glimpse into a delightfully augmented future,” said IBC. “The keynote will demonstrate live on stage how we can interact with new technologies in virtual worlds and how this new field will become accessible and equitable.”
