    Slack to Introduce AI Chatbot to its Workplace Application

    Slack is the latest company to integrate chatbots into its system, giving users easy access to modern features that simplify their business activities.

    Workplace messaging application slack Deploy an in-app AI chatbot to help users write, take notes on the phone, summarize messages missed by workers in channels, and adjust/shorten the tone of messages. The news was announced by parent company Salesforce at an event in New York on May 4.

    The latest news comes two months after Salesforce gave way to Anthropic’s Claude. chat GPT, They are two of the main chatbots used in Slack. Slack GPT has access to all native functionality associated with the application, while other external chatbots have so far been limited.

    Salesforce also revealed that a “no-code” feature for pros will be rolling out this summer. No-code capabilities include tools for marketers, developers/information technology (IT) professionals, and customer service representatives.
