Former OpenSea manager Stevey Trom is joining popular decentralized exchange platform Uniswap as head of community.

Steve made the announcement on Twitter, praising Uniswap as a highly visible, loved and trusted company in the industry.

“Uniswap Labs is inherently community-centric because our mission is to unlock universal ownership and exchange,” Steve said in a tweet thread. “The team is committed to building the reality of the changing dynamics around economics, equality, finance, and ownership for people around the world.”

Stevey is looking for ideas, feedback, and collaboration opportunities to contribute to community efforts at Uniswap. He added, “We’re focused on experimenting with new surfaces to engage our community, and we want you to be a part of it.”
