Additionally, the integration of the Metaverse into variety shows has revolutionized the way users interact with content. In traditional variety shows, users watch finished productions and participate through real-time on-screen commentary. However, in the Metaverse, variety shows are expected to offer users a unique opportunity to participate in programming in the virtual realm. Users can also interact with virtual avatars of celebrity participants to accomplish tasks or assume non-official roles. – he also added about the playable characters in the virtual game, i.e. his NPCs.

Additionally, there are plans to develop a full-fledged game based on Run for Time’s core gameplay. Prior to this, the engineering team had converted some gameplay elements from the mystery-solving variety show “Who’s the Murderer” into a game application called “Forest Evolutionism”.
“During the internal testing phase, within a few days more than 50% of users played for more than 10 hours, with some users playing for 30-40 hours. This is the approach,” Lu said.
Each episode of Run for Time has a segment that requires some participants to put on a VR device and step onto an omnidirectional treadmill. They navigate virtual spaces and interact with game controllers to explore and complete tasks.
