Her son, William Austin Aldama (aka Austin), was charged with possession with intent to possess images of a minor engaging in sexual activity. The next day, he was arrested on 10 charges of possession with intent to promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This is a third-degree felony in Texas.

The couple both attended SMU, where Allie was a star cheerleader and he was a star football player. He proposed to her after six and a half years of dating at SMU Stadium, and it became their amphitheater of love.

    Monica Aldama's son, Austin Aldama, was charged with CSAM and arrested.

    Austin is suspected of possessing or knowingly accessing at least 10 different inappropriate videos on or about July 22, 2022. CBS News“The titles are graphic and disturbing, with some blatantly encouraging the abuse of children ages 2, 4, and 7.'' These 10 different titles lead to the 10 charges against Austin. The incident occurred and Austin was arrested shortly after due to his “personal connection.”

    His bail was set at $20,000 for each charge, but he did not have to pay it, likely because his father is Navarro County's director of community supervision and corrections. But Navarro's district attorney declined to comment, even saying he would likely refrain from participating in the investigation due to this conflict of interest. They haven't confirmed the reason, but the media seems to suspect it.

    Austin's attorneys, Heather Barbieri and Kelly Donica, maintain that Austin is innocent. “Following recent media scrutiny surrounding our client Austin Aldama, we would like to clarify this issue. is a gross attempt to distort the truth,” they said in a statement.

    “Let me be clear: Austin is innocent. The charges against him have no legal basis and we are confident that the legal process will uncover facts proving his innocence. Shameless exploitation of celebrity connections is not worth it. “It's time for the witch hunts to be over and for respecting the principles of the criminal justice system.”

    Even if convicted, Austin could be sentenced to two to 10 years in prison for each charge, with a maximum of 100 years and a minimum of 20 years in prison. In any case, things are not looking good for the Aldama family.
